Medicilon's 2015 "Seize the Opportunity, Win the Challenge and Create the Future”

In Sept 9, 2015, Medicilon hosted the “Seize the Opportunity, Win the Challenge and Create the Future” training camp in Shanghai.  The training camp was supervised by Dr. Jinna Cai, VP of China Business Development.  During the training camp, the training activities were divided into 3 major parts: technical solving, case study and business development training.  These activities were useful to help our BD staffs to learn and understand the market trends under the new policy.  Furthermore, it was a great opportunity for the staffs from headquarters and the technical staffs from Biology, Chemistry and Preclinical department to exchange and communicate with new ideas and thoughts.  During the 3 day training camp, all of the participated Medicilon’s staff gained and learn a lot.

In addition, we arranged another training for our staffs from BD department.  About 30 BD staffs attend a training activity at Songjiang International Conference Center.  The participated staffs gained cohesion after a series of activities.  This helped them to gain confident for future challenges.
