The “UK-China Partners for Growth and Innovation in Biopharmaceuticals Forum & Partnership Workshop” was held on November 25. The workshop was co-hosted by British Consulate General in Shanghai, UK Trade & Investment, China-Britain Business Council (CBBC) and ZJ Innopark. The VP of Biology of Medicilon, Dr. Jun Wang, was invited to give a speech in the workshop.
Dr. Wang gave the speech with the topics “The Latest Drivers in Cancer Medicine”. The presentation was mainly focus on the latest trend in the cancer antibody drug. Dr. Wang also analyzed the future development opportunity, combining with the case studies of biological research. Meanwhile, the Sales Director of Medicilon, Mr. Frank Zhang, attended the workshop and participated the talks with the British Biomedical Delegation.
CBBC is the leading organization helping UK companies to grow and develop their business in China. The 2014 Biopharma Mission visiting from Great Britain is made up of 9 companies that are all from the science and technology sector – all of them are innovative. Their main purpose of this trip is to seek business opportunities and partnership in China.
